Responsibilities
• Driving company vehicles to and from home, office, and work sites• Coordinating and communicating work tasks with team members• Coordinating and communicating work status with various parties• Maintaining accurate records of work performed• Maintaining a fully equipped service vehicle• Following service procedures and standards• Monitoring and improving job safety, quality, and productivity• Participating in training and testing programs• Performing various HVAC installations• Keeping an organized work area
Requirements
• High school diploma or equivalent• EPA Certification required• NATE core certification preferred or obtainable within 12 months• Proficiency in English speaking and writing• Minimum of 5 years' experience as an HVACR Assistant Installer or equivalent• Ability to work efficiently with technology tools• Ability to perform physical tasks in various environments• Ability to travel within the State of California for up to 50% of the workweek• Valid California driver's license and acceptable driving record
Key Skills Needed
• Ability to read plans and blueprints• Ordering material and staying ahead of schedules• Sheet metal fabrication• Installing ductwork and associated materials• Gas piping and hydronic piping
