INSIDE SALES Job Description ESA Fabrication is a national manufacturer of metal products, serving the Electrical Construction Industry since 2005. We started out as a small shop in Phoenix Arizona and have grown into a national innovative material handling solutions company providing both distributor and contractor specific solutions serving all 50 states with an extensive national manufacturer representative network. We lead the industry in innovating and manufacturing material handling solutions such as material and workstation carts, wire handling equipment, pipe products, electrical enclosures, and power distribution assemblies. Our customers always think of us first when they have a unique need or a custom application, because we have proven to be a resourceful and reliable partner.
ESA Fabrication is looking for a highly motivated Inside Salesperson who will work closely with ESA Sales and Operations teams to provide excellent customer support from lead generation to order shipment. We are looking for an organized individual who is creative, hardworking, is motivated to learn new things, and that enjoys people.
Education and Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree preferred. 3+ years of experience, preferably Inside Sales in Electrical Distribution Highly Proficient with ERP System (Order Entry and Purchasing), Microsoft Excel as well as Salesforce or similar CRM system. SAGE 100 experience a plus. Strong organizational, problem-solving, planning and analytical skills Activities: Develops and maintains professional relationships with customers through regular sales follow up via phone calls and/or email. Manage customer inquiries via calls and emails for pricing and order status. Enter customer orders and manage order process through to shipping. Manage outbound freight scheduling for order shipments. Engage with current and potential customers via calls and emails to communicate current promotions or new products. Track all customer interactions in Salesforce.com. Order raw materials and external services for customer orders Work closely with sales team to provide an excellent customer experience throughout the sales cycle.
