At REDX, we're looking for a talented Inside Sales Consultant to join our mission of helping real estate agents develop sustainable businesses. Our unique team of professionals is dedicated to changing customers' lives through a consultative sales process.
Your role will include: Mastering the art of outbound and inbound sales calls to identify prospects' needs.
Educating prospects on implementing our products and services for their success.
Collaborating with a supportive team to improve processes and achieve common goals.
The ideal candidate will: Be proactive and show up with a positive attitude, determined to succeed.
Continuously strive to improve their skills and be receptive to coaching.
Have the confidence to find answers and solutions independently.
Enjoy talking to people, understanding their needs, and helping them succeed.
While not required, it's a bonus if you have:
Prior consultative sales experience.
Experience in SaaS sales or real estate.
