Responsibilities
• Gain an understanding of products and their value to customers• Qualify, research, and work inbound leads from phone and online web forms• Facilitate pricing quotes and discounts to partners• Update, maintain, and improve database of customers and prospects• Facilitate competitive and market research, producing reports and communicating trends• Learn and apply sales techniques• Back up Account Executives as needed• Perform other duties as assigned
Requirements
• 1-2 years of work experience in a comparable role• Associate or bachelor's degree, or equivalent work experience• Positive, can-do attitude• Self-motivated, competitive spirit• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills• Attention to detail• Strong computer literacy, including proficiency in using spreadsheets and dashboards• Ability to work independently and as part of a team• Experience with PowerPoint, Word, and Excel• CRM experience preferred, such as Salesforce.com
