We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Inside Sales Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in driving sales and supporting our clients within the government and defense sectors. This position requires a proactive approach to customer service, a deep understanding of our products, and the ability to navigate the complexities of government contracts. Primary Responsibilities Establishes, maintains, qualifies, and nurtures business relationships with customers in the assigned market segment to generate new business. Maintains accurate customer account information and files. Review contractual requirements and ensure internal flow down of requirements. Processes sales quotes and orders, handles all paperwork associated. Troubleshoots, analyzes, and remedies customer problems within established guidelines. Verify accuracy of written agreements. Coordinate with government agencies and contractors to ensure compliance with federal regulations and standards. Ensures accurate order entry in compliance with customer requirements and agreements. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of market and product trends. Submits engineering support requests for review. Coordinates booking/shipping schedules with Production Schedulers Acts as liaison between customer and Korry, ensuring Korry's best interest. Maintain the highest ethical standards, even when challenged from above. Performs other duties as assigned. Education and Experience High school education or equivalent. Experience with logistics information system and tools commonly used in defense logistics. 5+ years Customer Service experience. Proven experience within federal and defense sectors. Data entry experience preferably in a manufacturing environment (MRP), MS Office competency. Familiarity with government contracting and compliance requirements. Strong interpersonal skills. Strong verbal communicator. Be personable and attentive. Salary Range
Please note the typical hiring range is $70,000 - $100,000 annually. Job offers within the range are based on significant job qualifications and pay equity.
