Charlie's Holdings, Inc. is looking to bring on an Inside Sales Representative . This role will be on-site in our Costa Mesa, CA office. The hours for this position will be Monday- Friday, full-time from 7:30 a.m.- 3:30 p.m.

Charlie's Chalk Dust produces high quality vapor products currently distributed in over 90 countries around the world. Charlie's Chalk Dust has developed an extensive portfolio of brand styles, flavor profiles and innovative product formats. Launching in November 2022, PINWEEL™ alternative cannabis products will be the second brand under the Don Polly LLC umbrella. PINWEEL blended alternative cannabis products are made from 100% hemp extract. This exciting new brand will bring to life many new product formats as well as an e-commerce site, connecting our company to a new consumer.

JOB OVERVIEW: The Inside Sales Representative position will be responsible for expanding our company's marketing initiatives to manage, develop, grow, and maintain both new and existing partnerships and relationships within the field of our clients. As one of our Inside Sales Representatives, we want you to take pride in the fact that you play a key role in our mission to have our products positively represented in all of the shops in America. The Inside Sales Representative recognizes that each interaction with the shop representatives is an opportunity to enlighten potential new customers and educate them on our latest regulatory updates, products, and services. From the customer's perspective, each Brand Advocate is a resource that can be used to guide the customer through education and decision making.
RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES: Ensure customer sales have been completed and all questions answered Maintain constant and consistent follow-up and proactive communication with customers Knowledge of each territory's location and community Knowledge of clients' products and keeping up on new promotions offered Familiarity with competitors, pricing, and frequently asked questions or concerns for potential new leads Accurately follow standardized procedures or processes Behaves in the best interest of the company, with a strong team effort Flexible with schedule and hours Attend and participate in various community-related events, grand openings, training seminars, etc. as required Gaining a strong knowledge surrounding Charlie's Chalk Dust as well as the vape industry as a whole. Training on how to use our CRM, NetSuite, will be provided. Training on how to collect data from our customers will be provided. Consistent phone calls to current and past customers. Retrieve data and create leads. WHAT YOU'LL NEED TO JOIN CHARLIE'S: Prior sales experience with a proven track record!
