• Convert inbound inquiries into actual sales• Overcome technical and business objections• Emphasize salable features• Quote prices and prepare sales orders• Estimate delivery dates to customers• Prepare reports of business transactions• Enter new customer data into database• Investigate and resolve customer problems• Build and maintain customer relationships• Comply with company policy and procedure
Requirements
• 2 to 3 years related industry experience and/or training• Ability to read, analyze and interpret general business periodicals• Ability to write reports and business correspondence• Ability to effectively present information• Must exhibit customer service skills• Ability to develop relationships over the phone
