Position Purpose:
Responsible for developing, pre-qualifying, cold-calling and driving new business for our recycling services within a geographical area. Working with wide range of customers from small to Fortune 500 companies- offering a variety of green solutions. Ability to work in a fast paced environment with an attention to detail is critical.
Primary Duties/responsibilities: Drive new business- sourcing new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow up and outbound cold calls and emails Provide marketing materials, generating quotes and pricing to prospective customers Generate new business and revenues for a specific territory and/or groups of assigned customers by offering existing and new available services Assist customers providing resolution to problems and/or complaints in accordance with prescribed policies and procedures. Develop and maintain a team approach to selling services to resellers and communicate frequently with all departments within the organization including outside sales, operations, and customer service Perform other duties of a clerical nature as assigned or directed by immediate supervisor Qualifications Education / Experience / Background: High School Diploma or GED required Prior work experience of 1 to 2 years in a related position preferred Knowledge / Skills / Abilities: Have the ability to problem solve, and be an independent thinker Excellent oral and written communication skills Strong organizational skills with ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines Detail oriented, accurate, and able to work in a fast-paced environment Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and Microsoft Office CRM knowledge or experience a plus Required Certification / Licenses / Training: Valid driver's license Additional Information We are an Equal Opportunity Employer!
