Assists in developing and maintaining standardized presentations, sales scripts, proposals for the sales team. Coordinates sales & marketing-related company events including national and regional sales meeting, conferences, trade shows, and association meetings. Ensures that messages and logos are supportive of and consistent with marketing strategies and brand standards. Works directly with vendors to produce and purchase branded promotional items for the company; maintains promotional materials inventory. Works with EVP and other members of the sales management staff to develop and execute marketing communication strategies. Assists in developing content for sales tools, advertisements, tradeshow booth graphics, events, websites and other promotional activities. Works with vendors to establish quotes, production schedules, and delivery of literature and collateral materials. Plans meetings and trade shows by identifying, assembling, and coordinating requirements; establishing contacts; managing applicable contract flow and approvals, developing schedules and assignments. Acts as SalesForce.com (SFDC) "power user"/administrator for the sales department; produces weekly sfdc reports. Manages the in-bound (i.e., phone, web, email) sales lead process Supports Sales/Marketing department as needed. Performs other duties as assigned. Strong organizational, written and communication skills Ability to interpret ambiguous user requests and develop a compelling finished product with little or no guidance. Ability to operate under solid pressure and meet tight deadlines. Excellent Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Outlook skills. Build excellent working relationship to attain goals. Work collaboratively and efficaciously as a team member. Be self-motivated, confident, energetic, and creative. Should be able to deliver creative and innovative thoughts. Communicate excellently in verbal and in writing with all kinds of people.
