Inside Sales

This Inside Sales Position Features:
You'll play a key role in maintaining customer relationships, optimizing processes, and ensuring accurate data management.
Responsibilities:
Conduct outbound call campaigns to drive sales growth.
Use Salesforce CRM to manage leads and track interactions.
Reach out to new leads in the roofing industry, generate quotes, and review inventory.
Enter and update sales orders in our ERP system (JobBoss).
Cultivate relationships with prospects and existing clients, collaborating with the sales team to meet revenue targets.
Ensure a seamless customer experience, handle inquiries, and resolve issues.
Provide phone coverage for the front office during breaks and absences.
