Master 'why Blanton's' Provide sales and finance assistance to field personnel. Follow up and close open service/sales leads. Communicate all requirements of sold work to operations. With additional duties based on the needs of the company What You'll Need: High school diploma or equivalent experience. 1 year of Customer Inside Sales experience, telephone-based preferred. PC experience required, with good keyboarding skills. A clean motor vehicle record and clean criminal background record A history of succeeding in a sales environment Terrific verbal and written communication skills, with excellent active listening skills and a talent for probing A desire to learn, practice and deliver a remarkable guest experience. Ability to learn, deploy and enjoy our technology! Ability to take ownership of the details – large and small. Make decisions that demonstrate good judgment.
