Career Opportunity - Inside Sales / Customer Service Representative
Are you seeking a remote work opportunity that allows you to grow within a sales role while fostering meaningful customer relationships? If you have a passion for expanding territories and building prospect lists, we want to connect with you!
As the Inside Sales / Customer Service Representative, you'll play a pivotal role at our company, facilitating outbound calls and communications with potential customers in the flat rolled steel industry. Your responsibilities will include generating new sales revenue, nurturing customer connections, evaluating market opportunities, and actively contributing to business development efforts.
This is a full-time remote position, offering competitive compensation and benefits! While we prefer candidates within a 1-2-hour drive of our Cincinnati location, we welcome applicants residing in the Central and Eastern time zones.
To excel in this role, you should possess "Hunter" sales experience, demonstrating your ability to drive revenue by acquiring new leads and converting them into valued customers.
Key requirements include:
2-4 years of Inside Sales / Customer Service experience.
Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
Motivated and positive attitude, with a drive to succeed.
Previous experience in a remote work environment with minimal supervision.
Proficiency in Excel and ERP systems; familiarity with PS Data is a plus.
Goal-oriented mindset with demonstrated prospecting experience.
