Join Our Team as a Business Development Representative!
Are you driven by achieving goals and providing exceptional service to customers in the real estate industry? We are currently seeking a motivated individual to join our team at Quick Fix Real Estate as a Business Development Representative. In this role, you'll handle inbound and outbound calls, serving as the primary point of contact for our clients and assisting them through every step of the sales process.

Position Details:
- Type: Full-time, with flexible hours including early evenings and some weekends.
- Location: Virtual - Work comfortably from your own home.
Responsibilities:
- Respond promptly and professionally to incoming leads via phone, email, or chat.
- Engage with home sellers, gathering relevant information and addressing inquiries.
- Field initial inquiries about our properties from potential buyers.
- Cultivate strong customer relationships through effective communication.
- Guide leads through the sales process, from initial contact to closing.
- Coordinate appointments and pass on qualified leads to the sales team.
- Utilize lead qualification metrics and online research to set appointments.
- Maintain follow-up with customers and provide feedback to improve marketing efforts.
- Keep accurate records of interactions in our CRM system.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a similar role preferred.
- Demonstrated sales and negotiation skills, meeting or exceeding targets.
- Customer-focused with a passion for delivering exceptional service.
- Proficiency in Salesforce CRM and other sales tools.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
- Goal-oriented with a proactive attitude and ability to work collaboratively.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while meeting call and appointment goals.
