This Inside Sales Account Manager position offers a competitive starting annual salary between $55,000 - $58,000 and a full benefit package. This inside sales position does have a variable compensation structure as well, based on profit plan achievement, in the form of a quarterly bonus opportunity. This position is also eligible for American Bolt's profit sharing bonus structure!
QUALIFICATIONS Associate's Degree in business or related field, 5 or more years of experience in sales or related field, or equivalent combination of education, training and experience Knowledge of fastener distribution or construction industry is helpful Proven account management or other relevant experience Proven CRM experience with Pipedrive or similar CRM. WORK SCHEDULE This full-time inside sales position will train in the office for the first 90 days. There will be an opportunity for a hybrid, work-from-home schedule after fully trained - 2 days/week work from home, 3 days/week in the office. Hours are Monday through Friday 8am-4:30pm.
AS AN INSIDE SALES ACCOUNT MANAGER, YOU WILL Develop and build long-term relationship with assigned customers. Work closely with Business Development team members to identify opportunities and create strategies to increase revenue. Actively analyze accounts to provide product stability. Provide customers with information related to products, services, pricing, and general inquiries. Effectively manage and resolve any customer related issues such as shipment discrepancies or credit issues etc. Collaborate and communicate timely with partner departments. Process customer orders with efficiency and accuracy by following American Bolt Corp. processes and policies. Work with Supply Chain to manage and maintain inventory. Manage backorders and communicate product needs to purchasing, sourcing, and the operations team to ensure customer orders are delivered on time. Review and update open orders daily to achieve on time delivery. Maintain and keep CRM system (Pipedrive) up-to-date. WHO YOU ARE You have excellent attention to detail. You maintain positivity and have a customer-centric mindset. You embrace your problems solving skills and are a critical thinker. You have excellent time management and organizational skills. You are in tuned with relationship building and relationship management and are open to feedback. You have sales funnel knowledge along with computer skills in Microsoft Teams, Excel, Word and Outlook. You have the ability to listen and identify solutions for customers, and are proactive. You can handle rejection, and have a "find a way" mentality in sales.
