Volt is immediately hiring for an Injection Stretch Blow Molding Technician in the city of Ontario, CA . $25-$30
As a Injection Stretch Blow Molding Technician you will: Set up and operate injection stretch blow molding machines to produce plastic containers according to production schedules and quality standards. Monitor machine operations, making adjustments as necessary to ensure product specifications are met. Conduct regular inspections of molds, machines, and auxiliary equipment to identify and address any issues or malfunctions. Perform troubleshooting and maintenance tasks to minimize downtime and maximize production efficiency. Collaborate with other team members to optimize production processes and improve overall performance. Follow safety protocols and procedures to ensure a safe working environment for yourself and your colleagues. Keep accurate records of production activities, including machine settings, maintenance tasks, and quality inspections. This is a FULL TIME opportunity.
The ideal candidate will have: Previous experience operating injection stretch blow molding machines in a manufacturing environment. Strong mechanical aptitude with the ability to troubleshoot and perform routine maintenance tasks. Understanding of plastic materials and their properties, as well as the principles of injection molding and blow molding processes. Attention to detail and a commitment to producing high-quality products. Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. Excellent communication skills and the ability to follow instructions accurately. Flexibility to work rotating shifts and overtime as needed.
Pay Rate: $25.00 - $30.00 per hour
