The duties and responsibilities of the successful candidate should include the following:
Overseeing, organizing, prioritizing and implementing multiple complicated plastic injection molding projects Ensuring projects stay on schedule and in budget Creating and growing relationships with customers Quoting projects, creating proposals and negotiating contracts Documenting Liaising between the customer, employees and management Requirements The background of the successful candidate must include the following:
Five or more years of experience managing large, complex projects Five or more years of plastic injection molding experience Two or more years of experience negotiating contracts Two or more years of experience working with production for large complicated projects A solid work history A US citizen or possess a green card A residence within 45-minutes Benefits Pay is $80,000 to $120,000, depending on qualifications Must be a United States citizen or Green Card holder This position is onsite only as there is no remote option Full-time Permanent W-2 employee Full benefits No relocation The Brown Deer, Wisconsin area
