Visit the Bagdad town website to learn more.What You Will DoProvide advanced computer and network field support, including the implementation, advanced troubleshooting, maintenance and repair of computing, communications and voice systems. Provide advanced support for communications devices, including switches, hubs, wireless devices, MESH networking components, voice system, RF systems and other networking infrastructure (both copper and Fiber optic). Perform advanced troubleshooting to diagnose and correct infrastructure configuration and performance problems related to voice, data and wireless communications. Manage the site's computing infrastructure, including site virtual & physical servers and storage devices for business and process control systems. Assist with the design, definition, execution and implementation of local and corporate MIS infrastructure projects. Actively participate and promote Safety and Environmental programs, ensure MIS policy compliance and site operational goals. Perform configuration, management and troubleshooting of site 2-way radio communications systems. Perform other duties as required. What You Bring To FreeportSix (6) years' experience in computer/electronic systems hardware/software troubleshooting, maintenance, and repair. AND two (2) Technical Certifications in disciplines relevant to the role that the applicant will be filling such as Electronics, Telecommunications, Two-way Radio Repair, Software Applications.OREight (8) years' experience in computer/electronic systems hardware/software troubleshooting, maintenance, and repair.ANDone (1) Technical Certification in a discipline relevant to the roll that the applicant will be filling such as Electronics, Telecommunications, Two-way Radio Repair, Software Applications.ORTen (10) years' experience in computer/electronic systems hardware/software troubleshooting, maintenance, and repair. Physical/Virtual server management training Preferred QualificationsHigh School diploma or GED RF field experience Cisco CCNP Certification Microsoft Server MCITP Certification A+ Certification Network + Certification What We Offer YouThe estimated pay range for this role is currently$33.00 - $45.00/hour.This range reflects base salary only and does not include bonus payments, benefits or retirement contributions. Actual base pay is determined by experience, qualifications, skills and other job-related factors. This role is eligible for additional discretionary and incentive payment considerations based on company and individual performance.
