The Infrastructure Engineering Advisor role will allow you to leverage your engineering experience, learn new technologies, and guide junior team members. Must be a current contractor with Cigna, Express Scripts, or Evernorth. Evernorth is a new business within the Cigna Corporation. Responsibilities: Provides counsel and advice to management on significant Infrastructure matters within the endpoint platform space Serves as the lead technical consultant responsible for design, engineering, and development of SCCM and Tanium technology solutions Troubleshoots and resolves complex infrastructure compatibility issues based on system architecture, project requirements, and customer needs Responsibilities may include risks assessments, partnering on capacity planning, budget forecasting, and the diagnosis and correction of application/network problems May serve as the primary contact for vendors Recognized internally as "the go-to person" for the most complex Infrastructure Engineering assignments Continuously improves the tools and processes supported by the team Supports any required audits, tool rationalization, and elimination of tech debt Qualifications: High School diploma; Bachelor's degree in technology preferred 5+ years of experience in IT Experience across a broad range of IT products and tools Preferred experience supporting SCCM and Tanium Comfortable in an ever-changing and fast-paced environment Experience working within an Agile Team; manages time and workload effectively
