Information Technology (IT) Coordinator Location Greenville, SC : Description: SeamonWhiteside is in search of an ambitious and talented professional to serve as an IT Coordinator in our growing Greenville, SC office. The IT Coordinator that will work closely with the IT Director and our Managed Service Provider (MSP) to implement and maintain IT infrastructure, troubleshoot technical issues, and support our team members in their technology needs.

Requirements: Education: Bachelor's degree in IT or related field, preferred
Experience: Minimum of 3 years' experience in IT support or coordination
Key Responsibilities Technical Support: Provide timely technical support to employees, troubleshoot hardware and software issues, and ensure minimal downtime Network Maintenance: Assist in managing and maintaining our network infrastructure, including routers, switches, and firewalls Software Management: Install, configure, and update software applications across the organization, ensuring compatibility and security Hardware Inventory: Maintain an inventory of hardware assets, track equipment assignments, and coordinate replacements or upgrades as needed Documentation: Create and update IT documentation, including user guides and standard operating procedures Security Compliance: Assist in implementing and enforcing IT security policies and procedures to safeguard company data Vendor Relationships: Work with IT vendors, manage service contracts, and ensure cost-effective solutions Preferred Skills IT certifications such as CompTIA A+, Network+, or Security+ Experience with IT project management Familiarity with cloud computing and virtualization technologies Strong knowledge of network administration and protocols Other Skills/Abilities Excellent written, verbal, and graphic communication skills Strong organizational and project management skills Positive attitude and strong work ethic Excellent problem solving and critical thinking skills Excellent interpersonal skills - ability to effectively interact with individuals at all levels Ability to be both creative and analytical Positive, solution-oriented attitude Detail-oriented and accurate Ability to work in a team environment Physical Demands Activities require a significant amount of sitting at office and work desks and in front of a computer monitor Physically capable of lifting or moving up to 50+ pounds Occasionally crawling under desks/tables and maneuvering around obstacles for setups/installs Some walking and standing relative to interaction with other personnel NOTE: This is not intended to be all-inclusive.
