Data Intelligence, LLC (DI) is searching for a full time Information System Security Specialist III to provide support for Cyber Situational Awareness (SA), Cyber Command and Control (C2), Mission Assurance, and Homeland Defense in Virginia Beach, Virginia.
This position will support the Program Office cyber program development and execution by maintaining a Cyber Master Schedule and roadmap that can be used to manage the working-level activities as well as to present senior leaders and other stakeholders with relevant information about the program, strategic plan, status, schedule, and risks.
Job Responsibilities
Specific tasks will include the following: Cyber Planning Support
Support the Program Office Cyber Principal Assistant Program Manager (PAPM) with development and review of cyber policies, processes, reports, briefs, meeting minutes, and technical papers.
Develop and maintain Cybersecurity schedule Plan of Action and Milestones.
Identify and maintain the cyber portfolio for the Program Office.
Required Skills/Experience Shall have a minimum of two (2) years' experience in performing Risk Management Framework activities (Steps 1 - 6).
Shall have demonstrated experience with performing STIG assessments to include using SCAP benchmarks.
Shall have demonstrated experience performing vulnerability assessments with the Assured Compliance Assessment Solution tool.
Shall have demonstrated experience using eMASS.
Shall have experience in developing Plans of Actions and Milestones (POA&M) entries.
Shall have experience in completing Risk Management Framework Step 5 authorizations in the Information System Security Engineer (ISSE) capacity.
Shall have demonstrated experience in communicating risk reduction recommendations to stakeholders.
IAT Level II Certification
Minimum certification as 461 (or similar as required by the Technical Instruction) at the Intermediate level per DoDD 8140.01, or successor
All persons performing as Privileged Users are required to have and maintain a final adjudicated Tier 5 security investigation with an IT level-1 designation in Joint Personnel Adjudication System (JPAS) and/or Defense Information System for Security (DISS).
Must possess an active secret clearance or above
Ability to travel up to 10% and will be full time onsite in Virginia Beach, VA
