Responsibilities
• Identify infectious disease processes• Conduct surveillance and epidemiologic investigation• Prevent and control the transmission of infectious agents• Conduct educational activities• Support multiple Directors of Nursing in Long Term Care facilities
Requirements
• Current and unencumbered Oklahoma RN or LPN License• Minimum 2 years infection prevention and control experience• Preferably in a skilled nursing and long-term care environment
