Hours:  Average of 35 hours per week, on-site
Shifts:  Monday-Friday 1st shift; flexible coverage between hours of 7:00am - 3:30pm Salary Range: $60,000 - $67,000
Local Benefits: North Central WI region, abundant northwoods, national parks and outdoor recreation *wage negotiable based on credentials and experience Position Overview: A day in the life of an Regional Industrial Sports Medicine Professional will include using your clinical knowledge and our training to provide injury prevention, early discomfort management, body mechanic coaching, and assistance with overall health and wellness. Our primary goal is to develop strong relationships and assist in the overall well-being of the working athletes we serve.

The Regional Industrial Sports Medicine Professional is responsible for providing onsite services within a 75–200-mile radius of their home location. This position will maintain a demonstrated understanding of all Briotix Health service lines and continue to advance their professional abilities to meet the needs of their assigned region. Regular communication and collaboration with Team Operations, Client Management, and the Client Ergonomic departments will be crucial to the success of the position and assigned region. Additional mentorship assignments may be required for this position to advance the success of future team members and business growth.

Collaborate with Client Management, Team Operations, & Client Ergonomic departments to fully understand client and project objectives and timelines. Maintain a working knowledge of all Briotix Health service lines and practice the appropriate services within the scope of the team member's educational background, state, and credential regulations. Maintain appropriate state license and credentials as required by the team members educational background within each state of the assigned region. Provide onsite care and management of work and non-work-related discomforts. Provide ergonomic assessments and provide solutions using best practice reports. Provide Physical Demands Analysis (PDA), Post Offer Employment Testing (POET) and provide detailed and timely reports of the findings. Understand, implement, and follow all steps of the Early Discomfort Management (EDM) program. Become a Subject Matter Expert of the job tasks at assigned client locations within multiple industries. Adhere to all applicable safety and regulatory standards in place for each specified worksite. Maintain accurate and timely documentation using Briotix Health's web-based system. Maintain personal responsibility to? adhere to all company policies, practices, and government regulations. Must meet the physical demands of on-site?work needs; ability to lift, push or pull?up to 50 pounds, frequent standing, walking, sitting, and/or squatting. Qualifications: Current CPR certification Demonstrated knowledge of musculoskeletal injury care Education in athletic training, physical therapy, occupational therapy, or related field Appropriate certifications and/or state license in good standing required Must meet the physical demands of on-site work needs; ability to lift, push or pull up to 50 pounds, frequent standing, walking, sitting, and or squatting
*reasonable accommodations will be considered 1-2 years of industrial / occupational experience in injury prevention or ergonomics preferred but not required Ergonomic Certification or training preferred but not required Reliable transportation and clean driving record.
