Director-Industrial Sales Location: Kenosha/ Racine, WI area
Salary: $150,000- $200,000

Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute sales strategies for the Southern Wisconsin industrial market. Manage and mentor a team of 4 sales professionals, with plans to expand. Create marketing programs to boost product visibility and market share. Identify new business opportunities and nurture client relationships. Monitor sales performance and provide regular reports to management. Requirements:
Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree preferred. 10+ years of industrial sales experience, ideally in distribution. Proven sales leadership and go-to-market expertise. Knowledge of process control products desirable. Strong communication and leadership skills. Willingness to travel within the territory.
