Industrial Painter

Tradesmen International is immediately hiring skilled Industrial Painters for projects located in the Milwaukee, WI area . This is a full time opportunity and the pay rate is $18-23/hour based on experience and skill level. Job Scope: Prepare surfaces for painting by cleaning, sanding, and applying primer as necessary Operate spray guns to apply two-part polyurethane paint to products ensuring even coverage and high-quality finishes Adjust spray gun settings and pressure levels according to product specifications Perform touch-ups and repairs as needed to ensure product quality Monitor paint levels and equipment functionality, reporting any issues to supervisors Maintain a clean and organized work area including proper storage of paint and equipment Adhere to safety protocols and regulations at all times High school diploma or equivalent Must pass Competency Test, a Spray Test, and Preemployment physical including drug screening Minimum of 2 years experience with two-part polyurethane spray gun painting up to 65 psi Experience with automotive painting 25 psi and 45 psi is a plus Ability to measure, compare and perform shop calculations to meet customer specifications Previous manufacturing experience preferred Strong troubleshooting and problem solving skills Attention to detail and a strong drive to succeed Tradesmen International not only offers consistent work, top pay, and employment opportunities, we also provide a benefits package that is among the best in the industry.
