Responsibilities
• Perform electrical work to industry code• Make adjustments and repairs to optimize machine performance• Develop and use procedures and work instructions for troubleshooting and repairing malfunctions• Perform routine and preventive maintenance on equipment• Monitor manufacturing equipment for proper operation• Troubleshoot AB PLC processors and input/output modules
Requirements
• Minimum of three (3) years of industrial electrician experience• Journeyman electrician certification preferred• Knowledge of AB PLC processors required• Ability to read and understand blueprints, schematic, and mechanical drawings• Basic mathematical skills and strong mechanical aptitude• Flexibility with work scheduling and overtime• Good knowledge of packaging and/or processing equipment• Teamwork ability and effective communication skills
