Essential Job Functions and Responsibilities : Electrical Maintenance: Perform routine maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of electrical systems and equipment within an industrial environment. High-Voltage Expertise: Demonstrate proficiency in working with high-voltage systems, ensuring compliance with safety regulations and protocols at all times . Installation and Upgrades: Install, modify, and upgrade electrical systems and components to improve efficiency and functionality. Equipment Calibration: Calibrate and adjust electrical equipment to maintain optimal performance and accuracy. Safety Compliance: Adhere to all safety guidelines and protocols to prevent accidents or injuries related to electrical work. Collaboration: Work closely with other maintenance team members and production personnel to address electrical issues and minimize downtime. Experience and Education Requirements: High School Diploma or equivalent Formal Training: Completion of formal training programs in electrical systems or related fields, with certification or licensure preferred. Industrial Experience: Proven experience working in an industrial setting, with a strong understanding of industrial electrical systems and equipment. High-Voltage Experience: Demonstrated expertise in working with high-voltage systems, with a focus on safety and compliance. Reliability: Ability to adhere to a set routine and schedule, with a track record of reliability and consistency. Team Player: Collaborative attitude and willingness to work closely with others to achieve common goals.
