Responsibilities
• Prepare design equipment based on production schedule• Modify and refine design equipment as per production specifications• Advise on image projects or problems• Develop and monitor manufacturing procedures to enhance design operations• Investigate product characteristics and safety measures• Ensure safe and efficient working of design equipment• Research production specifications, costs, materials, and methods• Troubleshoot and maintain electrical and electronics related to design specifications• Collaborate with transfer team for smooth product transfers• Administer company policies and technical support for printing technologies• Participate in the development of new design concepts• Ensure safe and organized work environment• Perform other related duties as required
Requirements
• Bachelor of Science degree in Industrial Design• 10 years of experience in ceramic tile production, product development, and inkjet technology• 10 years of experience with safety procedures and efficient equipment performance• 10 years of experience in printer workflow and image modification• 10 years of experience with inkjet technology machines and tools• 10 years of experience in problem solving in ceramic tile production• 10 years of experience in coordinating product transfer activities• 10 years of experience with PC operating systems: Windows, MAC, and SAP
