The RoleWe are looking for an experienced Industrial Custodian to ensure a clean facility. You will be responsible for preserving the good condition of the facility and ensure that equipment and building are safe and well-functioning. As a qualified candidate you will have knowledge and experience in maintaining and inspecting to ensure optimal operations. Our main goal is safety for all our employees and as a solution oriented professional, you will ensure the entire team is working under the best conditions.Shift: Monday - Friday 7:30am - 4pm ETPay: starting rate is $18/hr, increases to $18.50 after 90 days, and up to $19.50/hr after 1yr of employment. There is a 4-6 week waiting period for start dates after time of interview due to the NJ Cannabis Regulatory Commission fingerprint approval process.
