We're currently seeking talented individuals to join our Service Center team. As a Premier Customer Service Representative, you'll play a crucial role in providing exceptional service to our clients, handling inquiries related to individual retirement products and navigating various administrative systems.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide superior customer service by efficiently handling inbound calls from clients and financial professionals.
- Manage inquiries ranging from simple requests to complex market-sensitive issues, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
- Navigate multiple administrative systems and tools to assist clients effectively.
- Demonstrate strong decision-making skills in handling complex cases.
- Adhere to industry guidelines and company policies regarding call handling and record keeping.
- Serve as a primary point of contact for top-producing financial professionals.
Qualifications:
Required:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- At least 1 year of professional call center or customer service experience.
- Familiarity with product features and financial markets.
Preferred:
- Series 6 certification.
- Strong problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team.
