Responsibilities
• Serve as primary point of contact via telephone with customers• Create and close sales opportunities on every call• Achieve daily, weekly, and/or monthly sales goals• Understand and promote the complete line-up of Vyve products• Answer inbound calls and perform multiple task levels• Utilize sales/retention techniques to gain and/or retain customers• Accurately document customer-related transaction information• Ensure all customer communication is professional and courteous• Engage in sales and service-related tasks• Follow up on customer-related issues and treat all stakeholders with respect
Requirements
• High School Diploma or equivalent• Minimum 1 year experience in customer-facing environment• Ability to learn quickly and deal with complex technology changes• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills• Excellent computer and organizational skills• Preferred qualifications include previous sales and call center experience
