Job Description Our distribution business is experiencing transformative growth—with no end in sight.
That's why we're looking for an Inbound Manager for our Garland, UT, distribution center. In this role, you will be responsible for the day-to-day operations of the following departments: Receiving, Put-Away, Storage Management, Inventory Control and Profiling. Responsibilities include staffing, training, safety, scheduling, receiving, continuous improvements and loss prevention. You will also be responsible for working with supervisors to meet the company's operational goals and help define the processes, procedures and systems necessary to support and sustain long-term growth. This role will report to our Distribution Center Operations General Manager.  A day in the office looks like this:  Maintaining inbound operations by initiating, coordinating and enforcing operational and personnel policies/procedures  Creating and implementing standards and metrics for the team Working with the inbound leadership team on process improvements and scalability for their respective departments  Maintaining a high level of inbound inventory accuracy and P.O. processing by working closely with the Logistics team and Supply Chain management  Complying with federal, state and local warehousing, material handling and inbound requirements  Ensuring the organization and physical appearance of the Receiving department are in good standing order Developing employee performance by appraising, coaching and counseling  Establishing safety practices and holding others accountable for adhering to them  Qualifications Got the skills and experience?
