Provide analysis, advice, and legal counsel to national and district staff regarding legal aspects of companys operations and programs. Work closely with members of every department within the company to ensure compliance with legal, regulatory, and contractual requirements and to reduce the risk of liability for the company. Negotiate, draft, and/or review contracts with a wide range of complexity, including commercial leases, construction contracts, intellectual property licenses, publishing contracts, consultant agreements, and HIPAA business associate agreements.
