In-Home Medical Day Care Provider

ChildServe is seeking an In-Home Medical Day Care Provider to provide personal care and supervision for an individual with special health care needs in their home.  Compensation
$18/hour and eligible for a $750 hiring bonus! Schedule
Weekend, overnight hours  

What You'll Do Provide direct care and assist individuals with feeding, bathing, dressing, toileting, mobility, and other personal cares.Implement care plans and provide ongoing feedback regarding additional or changing care plan needs to individual's supervisor.Perform duties related to the tracking and upkeep of participant's personal belongings.  Responsible for timely and accurate communication regarding services with families, staff, and supervisors.Become certified for medication administration and g-tube feedings as well as other specialized trainings as identified.  
What You'll Need Must be at least 18 years old to apply.Experience working with or knowledge of individuals with special health care needs preferred.  Must be able to provide your own transportation.Ability to electronically document services provided.Ability to communicate effectively in reading, writing, and speaking the English language.Ability to lift up to 35 lbs, be mobile within the assigned work area, and frequently bend, lift, reach, and stand.Why ChildServe?
