Job Summary:Clear Path Home Care is seeking a compassionate and dedicated In-Home Caregiver to provide quality care to our clients in the Mineral Wells, Texas area.This is an hourly position in the home care field, where the caregiver will work directly with clients in their homes.The current shift day/times that need filled are:Monday thru Thursday 9am - 4:15 pm & Fridays 9am - 4pmCompensation & Benefits:The In-Home Caregiver position offers a competitive hourly wage starting at $15 an hour, with weekly pay.In addition, caregivers receive the following benefits:Medical benefit (paid for by the company)Optional: Offered at group discounted ratesDentalVision401KLife insuranceResponsibilities:Assist clients with activities of daily living, including but not limited to bathing, dressing, grooming, and toiletingMonitor and record changes in client's health and report any concerns to managementProvide companionship and emotional support to clientsPrepare and serve meals according to dietary restrictionsAssist with light housekeeping tasks such as laundry, dishes, sweeping, moping, dusting, etcEscort clients to appointments, errands, and recreational activitiesMaintain a safe and clean environment for the clientCommunicate effectively with clients, their families, and other members of the healthcare team to ensure quality care is being providedAdhere to all company policies and proceduresRequirements:1 year previous caregiving experienceExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to lift and move up to 50 lbsValid driver's license, auto insurance, and reliable transportationMust be able to pass a background check and drug screeningEEOC Statement:Clear Path Home Care is an equal opportunity employer and is committed to providing a workplace free from discrimination and harassment.
