Our climate-controlled site has 27 different nationalities, and 9 active employee resource groups.Roles and Responsibilities:Role Summary:Work from specifications, prints, layouts, route or process sheets and instructionsUse of hand tools (i.e., viscometer, thermometer, mixer, solder pot, fixtures, plates, oven, impregnation chambers and vernier scale, capacitor press)Mix impregnation compounds following formulas, logging data as required, checking viscosity and temperature of the compound to ensure compliance with specificationsPre-tin, stack fixtures, bake, vacuum dry and impregnate components as requiredUnload fixtures and clean componentsClean impregnation tanks with solvents as requiredCheck work at prescribed intervals to ensure compliance with operating standardsEssential ResponsibilitiesIn addition, you will:Operating machinery part time (setting up machine to run and while it is running through its cycle (several hours), perform other functions necessary to the department.
