What we need… Act as a customer liaison for various software products and third party interfaces. Responsible for testing and evaluating software applications, as well as executing customer implementations.

What you'll bring… Bachelor's degree is preferred for this role but will consider appropriate work experience and/or relevant certifications. Experience in a software-related field preferred Experience working in a Financial Institution (Bank or Credit Union) is a plus Experience implementing consumer/user facing web applications a plus Effective written and oral communication abilities Ability to analyze information, formulate conclusions, and provide recommendations Ability to communicate professionally with financial institutions, internal groups, and partners/vendors Ability to work independently and in a team environment Ability to think critically Strong attention to detail and ability to learn new technology Experience using Jira is a plus Proficiency with MS Office Suite, particularly Excel Avid user of mobile apps Understanding of relational databases a plus Quality Assurance experience a plus COCC INSIGHT or DNA CORE experience a plus Salary Range for this role is $51,000-$71,400
