As an Implementation Project Manager, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing customer-facing projects as part of the implementation of IntelliShift's web and mobile-based software platform. This is a dynamic, full-time remote position based in the US, with occasional travel required to our New York headquarters or customer sites.
Responsibilities:
Own and manage customer-facing projects related to implementing the IntelliShift SaaS platform, catering to mid-size and large enterprise customers.
Coordinate multiple implementation projects simultaneously, ensuring timely completion.
Collaborate closely with our scheduling team to ensure smooth hardware installations as per plan.
Conduct regular Zoom meetings to update clients on project progress and measure implementation outcomes.
Document project action items and ensure timely resolution.
Foster cross-functional collaboration with teams such as Product, Support, and Marketing to enhance the customer experience.
Maintain comprehensive project documentation in Salesforce.com.
Provide proactive and reactive tier-1 customer support during active implementation phases.
Configure the IntelliShift platform to align with customer requirements, focusing on maximizing ROI.
Deliver remote user-based training sessions via Zoom.
Travel occasionally (up to 20%) for key meetings or on-site training sessions.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
Minimum of 3 years of proven project management experience.
Familiarity with SaaS platforms, particularly those integrating hardware components.
Proficiency in Salesforce.com and Asana.
Strong interpersonal skills for effective client communication.
Excellent proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Powerpoint, Word, Excel, Outlook).

Benefits:
We offer competitive compensation ranging from $100,000 to $120,000, commensurate with experience. Additionally, we provide comprehensive benefits to support the well-being of our employees, including company-subsidized medical insurance (with significant coverage for families), dental, vision, and a 401K plan with a 4% company contribution. This position is full-time and remote, with occasional travel required to our New York headquarters, tradeshows, and customer sites across the country.
