Responsibilities
• Manage initial onboarding process for new clients• Serve as primary point of contact and onboarding subject matter expert• Track status and outstanding to-do items and requests• Provide training and materials to help customers succeed• Resolve technical or process-related questions• Identify customer needs and manage expectations• Activate accounts and set up technical integrations• Document progress and updates• Collaborate with Technical Support when needed• Collaborate with Customer Success Team to improve implementation process
Requirements
• Solution-oriented with a passion for problem solving• Ability to thrive in a changing environment• Comfortable with ambiguity• Ability to understand complex business problems• Project management skills• Exceptional written and oral communication skills• Detail-oriented with a process-oriented mindset• Bachelor's degree preferred• At least 2 years of project management or onboarding experience
Key Skills Needed
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills• Comfort/aptitude with technology• Proficiency in a complicated system• Prior work experience in a healthcare setting/software or EHR
