Nesco Resource is looking for a Lead IMAC Technician to survey our site in Edmond, OK for a brief project to be completed before 1/16.
As an IMAC Technician (Install, Move, Add, Change), you will play a vital role in our dynamic workplace, ensuring the swift and efficient installation, relocation, addition, and modification of hardware and components that keep our operations running smoothly. Moves: Be the maestro behind relocating IT equipment and infrastructure during office relocations or departmental moves. Safely handle disconnection, transportation, and reconnection of hardware, minimizing any disruptions. Record all IMAC activities diligently, from hardware inventory to configuration changes and service requests. Compliance and Security: Uphold stringent security policies and procedures, ensuring the safety of our company's invaluable data and assets. Guarantee that all installations and changes comply with relevant regulations and industry standards. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent; having technical certifications or a related degree is a definite plus. Showcase your experience as a seasoned IMAC Technician or a comparable IT support role. Demonstrated expertise in hardware and software installation, configuration, and troubleshooting. Familiarity with operating systems such as Windows, macOS, and Linux, coupled with proficiency in office productivity software.
