Job Description IFS Supply Chain Business Analyst
The IFS Supply Chain Business Analyst is a functional role that will be the go-to IFS person for the organization, by managing the business processes and procedures within Supply Chain for the company. They act as the liaison between the technical support of IFS, Supply Chain, Planning, and business use of the system. Candidate will support a variety of events, including upgrades, optimizations, migrations, conversions, and implementations of new modules.
Daily activities include: Analyze business processes and develop new and optimized workflows within IFS.Lead an Implementation of the supply chain functions in IFS to include all facets of the MRP, as well as Demand Planning, pricing, business objectives, inventory and more. Development and presentation of recommended system changes and optimizationsTranslation of business needs into actionable technical projects, through writing and gathering business requirements and delivering them to the Development teamProvide project oversight and work with key stakeholders and executive teamsCollaborate and interface with Vendors on package releases and upgradesIdentification, tracking, and resolution of problems within IFSCreation of training materials, and provision of training to end users on the IFS systemSolution engineering for business process and documentationQualifications:Required Work Authorization: Must be authorized to work in the United States4+ years of IFS experience in a Business Analyst Role, including support of Manufacturing, Supply Chain, and Procurement modules.
