As a Charge Nurse at Dignity Health Yavapai regional Medical Center , you'll oversee a department of frontline nurses caring for patients. Your previous experience in CVICU adds tremendous value to our nursing team.

Responsibilities Mentors others in areas such as competency, documentation, equipment use, plan of care, National Patient Safety Goals, and participation in inservice education. Coaches to improve care
Provides direct patient care as appropriate to meet the needs of the patients and department. Prepares work schedules, assigns personnel. Coordinates patient flow on the unit to facilitate the provision of timely and effective care Demonstrates appropriate prioritization and critical thinking skills in critical situations Qualifications Minimum:
Two (2) years RN experience within applicable clinical specialty and/or charge nurse experience  AZ RN license AHA BLS and ACLS ADN or foreign equivalent. Skilled Working Knowledge of the EMR and hospital systems. Preferred:
CVICU experience or Critical Care Charge Nurse BSN Certification in Specialty
