Our Flex Rate Compensation Plan provides an opportunity for increased pay based on the services you provide! Motivated and effective clinicians have the potential to earn more. Additional Earnings for in-person sessions, completing required training, treatment plan reviews and CFARS. The majority of your work is conducted in schools, homes and some telehealth. Work schedules can be highly adaptable in designing a timetable that suits both you and your clients. Nevertheless, some flexibility outside traditional business hours is necessary. Must like and have experience working with children, adolescents, and teenagers. Understanding of developmental trauma, family systems, and somatic experience, or willing to learn. Compassionate, engaging, and have a strong desire to help others. Provide weekly individual and family therapy utilizing evidenced-based practices.
