Job Description
We are currently seeking a dynamic Manager of CRM & Marketing Automation for our esteemed client based in Dallas, TX. This role offers a unique blend of remote and onsite work, with the flexibility to work from home on Fridays.
Responsibilities
Spearhead our marketing automation (MA) and CRM operations, serving as a pivotal leader in our digital strategy.
Oversee integration with Customer Data Platform (CDP) and Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems, resolving syncs, troubleshooting issues, and addressing new integration requirements.
Craft and implement intricate, consumer-centric consumer journeys driven by logic and data.
Develop and execute online campaigns tailored to diverse markets and personas.
Create personalized digital experiences utilizing CDP and CRM resources.
Generate service line campaigns and marketing assets such as landing pages, emails, and e-newsletters, ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations.
Drive process optimization and efficiency improvements, contributing to the continuous enhancement of our digital solutions.
Contribute to the establishment of short- and long-term CRM/MA strategies, fostering innovation and growth.
Ensure seamless user experiences across multiple channels and platforms, implementing tracking capabilities and analyzing performance metrics.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality content and marketing initiatives.
Provide leadership and supervision to the CRM/MA department, managing workload, deadlines, and team performance.
Requirements
Bachelor's Degree, preferably in Digital Marketing or related field.
5-7+ years of progressive marketing experience, with expertise in acquisition and retention marketing, campaign execution, and marketing automation.
Proficiency in CRM and marketing automation systems, with hands-on experience in D365 (Salesforce knowledge is a plus).
Strong attention to detail and analytical skills, with a focus on data-driven decision-making.
Knowledge of healthcare advertising/marketing regulations is desirable.

Compensation
Base Salary: USD $100,000 to $140,000
