Including governance, oversight and execution of the Firm's Anti-Money Laundering (AML), Sanctions, Anti-Corruption and Government and Political Activities Compliance programs.If you are passionate about financial crimes prevention, seeking a rewarding and dynamic career, and focused on making a difference, then GFC might be the right team for you.Your Key Responsibilities:As an experienced Investigations Director/Vice President in GFC, you will:Lead suspicious activity investigations, trade and transaction analysis/research, screening, and regulatory filings (including Suspicious Activity Reports (SARs))Present summaries of investigations to senior Global Financial Crimes and relevant Business Unit management Proactively identify risks to the GFC program, develop solutions, and escalate when necessary Develop and lead quality control reviews of staff work products, records, and daily metrics. Provide guidance and train junior staffEnsure daily operational processing is completed according to established program SLAs and regulatory requirements Identifyand implement process improvements to increase efficiency and effectivenessWhat We're Looking for in YouBachelors degree or equivalent military experience5+ years of strong investigative or related experience with emphasis on BSA/AML, including writing and preparing SARs in accordance with applicable regulatory requirementsStrong understanding of the financial markets and banking, including broker-dealer product-based knowledge and the ability to learn concepts quicklyExcellent communication, leadership, and presentation skills with the ability to communicate effectively through all levels of the organizationSelf-motivated and independent operator with the ability and maturity to make decisions and operate in fast paced and dynamic settingsCAMS or equivalent AML certification/license, or ability to obtain certification within first 15 months of employmentWhere You'll be WorkingThis role will require in office attendance 3 days/week.
