Colonial Plumbing Heating Air in Colonial Heights, VA is looking to hire a full-time HVAC Technician to provide excellent customer service for our clients while going into their homes or commercial buildings to troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair their air systems. n Although there is flexibility to the work schedule, our HVAC Service Technicians typically work Monday-Friday, 7:00 am - 4:00 pm and rotate overtime, weekend, and on call for 24-hour service.
n We offer our HVAC technicians competitive wage of $27-$35/hour based on experience, plus a $1000 s ign-on bonus for great people. We offer six paid holidays per year (New Year's Day, Memorial Day, July 4th, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, and Christmas) and generous PTO (personal time off) after 90 days:
n n 40 hours - start through year 3 n 80 hours - 3rd year through year 6 n 120 hours - 7th year through year 19 n 160 hours - 20th year+ n n We'll even match your current annual PTO! n QUALIFICATIONS FOR AN HVAC TECHNICIAN
n n 3+ years of HVAC installation, maintenance, or Service Technician experience OR comparable education n EPA certification n Valid driver's license and a good driving record n Ability to pass a drug test and background check n n NATE certification is a plus!
