Tuckers Air Conditioning, Heating & Plumbing of Frederick, MD is looking to hire a full-time HVAC Technician / Service Technician to diagnose problems, replace parts, and repair equipment in our clients' residential heating and cooling systems. To assist you in your success, we provide a take-home company vehicle, tool account, and training . The typical schedule for this position is Monday-Friday, 8am-5pm with one weekend on call each month.
We pay our HVAC Technicians / Service Technicians a competitive salary of $60,000-$100,000/year , including commission and bonuses. We pay for 50% of our employees' health insurance in addition to offering a 401k with match, paid vacation and holidays, and quarterly company events .
