We are seeking a skilled HVAC Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in equipment repair, HVAC/R systems, and mechanical knowledge. If you are passionate about working with HVAC systems and have a knack for mechanical work, we want to hear from you.
Duties:
- Install, maintain, and repair heating, ventilation, air conditioning, and refrigeration systems
- Inspect and troubleshoot HVAC systems to identify issues
- Perform regular maintenance of HVAC systems to ensure efficiency
- Repair or replace defective equipment parts
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings
- Collaborate with other team members on projects that involve HVAC system design or installation
- Utilize mechanical skills to plumb, build, weld, and perform appliance repairs as needed
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as an HVAC Technician or similar role
- Certification in HVAC/R systems preferred
- Strong mechanical aptitude with the ability to read and understand technical manuals
- Proficiency in interpreting schematics and blueprints
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Physical ability to lift heavy equipment and work in various environments
- High School diploma or GED required
- Must be able to speak and read in English
