Responsibilities
• Communicate professionally and respectfully with customers, office staff, and coworkers• Thoroughly inspect and accurately quote replacements or repairs• Complete proposed work as quoted• Participate in on-call assignments and back-up as required• Attend staff meetings and training sessions• Promote a professional and friendly work environment• Work hard, smart, and efficiently• Follow company policies and procedures• Pass drug testing and background checks• Other duties as assigned
Requirements
• Ability to learn residential HVAC service needs and perform repairs• Interact and communicate well with customers• Understanding of residential heating and cooling equipment operation• Knowledge of IAQ, air distribution systems, and basic HVAC repairs• Attend training and obtain further certifications• Troubleshoot and repair a variety of residential HVAC systems• Install IAQ products according to specifications and codes• Physical ability to lift, maneuver, climb, crawl, kneel, squat, bend, reach overhead, work on ladders, and use hand and power tools• Pass drug testing and background checks
