Essential Functions:
Serve the clients of the company by expertly servicing and repairing heating and air conditioning systems and components. Test each system after each service or repair is completed prior to leaving the customer's home to make sure that the system is working properly. Build long-lasting relationships with customers through education and exceptional service. Make sure that the client is 100% happy with all work. Perform a thorough and proper inspection of the customer's system to prevent future breakdowns. Record the age and type of each system component on every single work order to ensure that the correct technician is sent to the right job. Provide customer leads to the Sales Lead Coordinator when identifying a potential need for system additions or replacements. Maintain vehicles that are neat and clean on the inside and outside at all times. Qualifications: Ability to competently maintain, diagnose & repair residential HVAC systems Excellent customer service skills Interest in being part of a competitive and productive team Acceptable driving record and valid license Basic HVAC hand/power tools Physical ability to perform the requirements of the position 5 or more years of experience in residential HVAC service EPA License A journeyman or master mechanical license is preferred but not required.
