• Diagnose, service, and repair residential HVAC systems• Train and supervise new technicians• Oversee emergency maintenance requests• Assist technicians remotely in diagnosing issues• Adhere to safety policies and procedures• Ensure customer satisfaction• Recruit and improve technicians' skills• Follow HVAC wiring diagrams• Handle physical workload• Solve problems and think critically
Requirements
• Strong communication and leadership skills• Familiarity with HVAC wiring diagrams• Ability to handle physical workload• Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking skills• Always punctual, professional, and coachable• Pass background and drug screen• Great attitude• Valid driver's license and clean driving record• Authorized to work in the US• Active 068 license• EPA certification• Seattle refrigeration license (a plus)
